Energy Feedback Technology
As we all know, in the deceleration process of electric vehicles, the energy of the whole vehicle is mainly used to overcome friction, including wind resistance, rolling resistance, and braking resistance; Among them, braking resistance accounts for the largest proportion. And energy feedback technology is to recover the energy when the motor is in the power generation state during the deceleration, so as to increase the endurance. In general, the endurance of NEDC can be increased by about 15%.
Slope Anti-Roll Back Function
Anti-Roll Back (ARB for short) is a unique anti slip system for electric vehicles, which mainly uses the locked rotor torque of the motor to achieve stable parking on the ramp. VCU will judge whether the ARB function is activated according to the vehicle speed, gear position and other information, and sends the activated flag to the motor. DCU will judge whether to enter zero speed control according to ARB flag to keep the vehicle stable.
