Abstract: Veichi AC80C-Y Punch press is a stamping type press. 1. Working Principle of Punch Press
Punch is mainly used for sheet metal forming. Punching, forming, stretching, trimming, fine blanking, riveting and extrusion can be made by the mold, which are widely used in electronics, telecommunications, home appliances, vehicles and so on.
The principle of the punching machine is to convert circular motion into linear motion. The main motor drives the flywheel and the gear, crankshaft (or eccentric gear), connecting rod are driven through the control of the clutch to achieve linear motion of the mold.

3. Electric Wiring Diagram and Parameter Settings

(1) When installing a DC reactor, be sure to remove the jumper between P1 and (+) terminal;
(2) Multi-function input terminals (X1 ~ X7 / PUL) can select NPN or PNP transistor as an input signal, and the bias voltage can be the inverter internal power supply(+ 24V terminal) or an external power supply (PLC terminal). The illustrated switch pulling to +24 indicates "+ 24V" and "PLC" is in short-circuited state.
(3) Analog monitor outputs are the special output for frequency meter, ammeter, voltmeter and other special meters, and the analog monitor output cannot be used in control type operation such as feedback control.
