Hydrogen Power Supply Solution
As an impeller in power electronics, VEICHI, starts to provide the upstream hydrogen industry with its VHP power supply solution featuring high safety, high-efficiency, and low-harmonics based on current mainstream alkaline electrolyzer and PEM electrolyzer power supply needs. This solution consists of the VHP series DC power supply system and the VHP series DC power supply cabinets so to adapt to the renewable energy fluctuations better on the adaptor side, providing high-quality power output for hydrogen production from the electrolyzer with high efficiency for uninterrupted 24h operation.

Single and Multi-Cabinet Communication Solution
Single Cabinet | Software-defined master/slave modules. If the master module is damaged, the next slave module can be changed to the master module.
Multiple Cabinet | Software-defined master/slave modules. If the master module of the master cabinet is damaged, the next slave module of the master cabinet can be changed to be the master module.

Rapid Response
Response speed of power adjustment within 100ms can instantly respond to rapid power fluctuation in photovoltaic and wind power.
Flexible Configuration
Modules are more flexible for cabinet configuration. AC/DC + DC/DC topology enables flexible power supply while PWM keeps the harmonic content of grid-side current lower than 3% to reduce interference.
Compact Size
Power module adopts water-cooling method, so that it’s more compact and greatly saves the cabinet space.
Precise Control
High-performance digital control is achieved through algorithms for digital PID, digital filtering, constant/current voltage control, and fault protection, etc.
Efficiency Topology
Three-level BUCK topology is adopted on DC-side for higher efficiency and lower ripple current(output current ripple ≤ 1.5%, overall efficienct 95%-97%) so that the electrolytic cell and the whole system can operate more smoothly.
VEICHI focuses on the demand for hydrogen energy high-quality development, and provides a comprehensive solution for the electric control system of hydrogen compression and hydrogen refueling station for midstream storage and transportation and downstream hydrogen use except for its continuous efforts in hydrogen production, so as to make the transportation and storage of hydrogen safer and more convenient. At the same time, VEICHI is now exploring the new generation of SiC drive technology, and the SiC controllers introduced recently provides high-stability, high-efficiency and high-precision motor control in the fuel cell system, which further helps to promote integration and miniaturization of the fuel cells.
