(1) Intelligent setting: Automatically complete various intelligent loop parameters such as inertia recognition, PID gain, feedforward gain, friction compensation, vibration suppression, etc.
(2) Robust control: The load inertia moment can be realized within 30 times (even if the load of the motion process changes) and it isn’t necessary to set the parameters, it can also guarantee the stable operation of the parameters and it could be used right after installing.
(3) Bandwidth setting: The automatic settings of PID loop parameters, including the possibility of resonance when it is necessary to increase the bandwidth, which can be easily and automatically suppressed.

5. Vibration control, stable operation

(1) Low-frequency damping: The damping filter can be manually or automatically set to greatly reduce the jitter (shake) of the shaft when stopped and effectively suppress 0-100 frequency vibration.
(2) Mid-frequency damping: can suppress the frequency vibration of 100-1000.
(3) Notch filter: A variety of functions of the upper computer automatically set the notch filter. It’s easy to use and the fastest speed is below 70ms.
